So you know those days where everything odd and wearing happens to you? Well I have had one of those days today, and here it is in a nutshell:
While making fruit salad for dinner tonight I glance at my daughter (who has not been very pleasant so far today) and there is a rather large amount of poo poo on her vibrating seat (which I just washed the other day because of stuck on bananas)so I realize that my fruit salad will have to wait. As I unbuckle her, I realize that not only has her seat suffered mushed in poo, but her shirt also. I pick her up and make it to the living room before a stray hunk of poo hits my just-cleaned living room floor. I preceed to carry her away from me and quickly to her room, but just then I feel something hit my toe, a warm, mushy something:poo, again. The best part was that last night I cut open the same toe on my bed frame, so now I probably will get a disease from baby poo in my sore toe. As I clean up, Makenzie decides she doesn't want to be in her crib and started screaming. I hurried to put the poopy clothes and seat in the washer (of which doesnt work that good) and in hurrying I cut my leg open on her broken hamper. Finally things settled down, thank goodness. But before I know it I'm having to change my shirt because pukes-magee aimed, fired , and hit dead center of my chest. Finally when she took a nap, I decided I should get on the internet and my coffee decided to spill all over BJ's keyboard.
Despite my day, I am able to laugh at it because I love my daughter and the fact that she pooped on my toe is pretty much the funniest thing ever, and the stupidity of cutting myself on a broken hamper is slightly amusing, and I know BJ wont be too mad when he finds out I spilled coffee on his keyboard because whats his is mine too right? However, if one more thing happens, I'm pretty sure I'm going to go crazy. ahhh, i do love my life.
